Little Movers (18 months – 7 years old)

OUR FALL 2022 SCHEDULE WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN EARLY JUNE

Little Movers classes are designed to emphasize creativity and introduce rhythm, coordination, and vocabulary to dancers ages 18 months to 7 years old. Our classes are rooted in a fundamental understanding of children’s basic developmental phases and offer a safe and fun environment. Training enhances students’ perceptual motor development along with locomotor, axial, gross, and fine motor skills. Classes also provide basic technical knowledge with an emphasis on imagination and creativity. Our professional faculty leads classes across multiple genres, ensuring our young students are introduced to the world of dance throughout the program.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, CityDance has implemented the following policies for the health and well-being of all our Little Mover students:

• Masks are required at all times for all students and visitors while in the building, including during class.
• All students must complete a daily health screening form throughout the school year before attending class each day.
• Students who are unvaccinated are required to take a monthly COVID-19 PCR test and submit negative test results monthly throughout the school year.
• Students who are vaccinated must take a bi–monthly COVID-19 PCR test and submit negative test results following the schedule outlined in CityDance’s Health & Safety Plan throughout the school year.
• All visitors must provide proof of full vaccination status or a negative COVID-19 PCR test in order to enter the building.
• No person aged 12 and up will be allowed to enter the building without submitting proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 PCR test.
