In the Beginner Part 1 Tai Chi classes students learn postures 1 -12 of the 37 postures that comprise the choreography of the entire “T’ai Chi Form”. Beginner Part 2 classes (postures 13 – 25) and Beginner Part 3 (postures 26-37) are taught in the Summer and Fall semesters. Students registering for this class can also attend a Zoom class on Thursday evening with the same content. A link to a recording of the Zoom class will be sent weekly, and can be used to assist in practicing the movements between classes.

Classes will be held on the following Sundays at CityDance at the Music Center at Strathmore in Studio 402 (10 Sundays):
January: 26
February: 2, 9, 16, 23
March: 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
