All Levels Anatomy Focused Modern

About This Class

Join May Kesler, physical therapist and dancer, for an all levels fascia anatomy focused modern dance class aimed to increase body and mind awareness, decrease injury. Through conditioning exercises, phrase work, and structured improvisation students will learn about fascia and anatomy and how these interconnected systems work within their own bodies.

The Spring session consists of 9 weeks -Wednesday, March 27, 2024 through Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Classes will not be held during CityDance Studios Spring Break – Monday, April 15, 2024 through Sunday, April 21, 2024.

Spring Session: $202.50 / 9 weeks

Drop-In: $25

This is an in-person class at CityDance @ Friendship Heights, 5207 Wisconsin Ave NW Washington DC 20015.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If a class has low attendance, it may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation decisions for morning classes will be made by 9pm the night before and for evening classes by 3pm that day. In the event you cannot attend your purchased/scheduled drop-in class, please email adults@citydance.net prior to the start of class to reschedule.
