About This Class

Join Angela Ingram for a Gyrokinesis® class and get moving with ease! During each class, the entire body is taken through seven types of spinal movement (bending forward, extending backward, side-arching left and right, twisting left and right, and moving in a circular pattern, all in a highly organized, deliberate sequence guided by breath work and the 3 key principles which you will discover in class. 

The new Winter Session consists of 8 weeks – Sunday, November 17, 2024 through Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Classes will not be held on the following days:

Fall Break – Monday, November 25, 2024 through Sunday, December 1, 2024
Winter Break – Monday, December 23, 2024 through Sunday, January 5, 2025

The current session runs through through Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Location

This is an in-person class at CityDance @ Friendship Heights, 5207 Wisconsin Ave NW Washington DC 20015.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If a class has low attendance, it may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation decisions for morning classes will be made by 9pm the night before and for evening classes by 3pm that day. In the event you cannot attend your purchased/scheduled drop-in class, please email adults@citydance.net by 9pm the day before to receive a full credit and/or reschedule your drop-in class. Cancellation emails received after 9pm the night before will receive a 50% class credit. If a cancellation email has not been sent before the start of class, our No Show policy takes effect and you will forfeit the full class credit.
