Dancing on One Planet
Using art to investigate problems and offer solutions, CityDance Ensemble’s Dancing on One Planet is an environmental message for all generations, in particular our next generation. This dynamic, entertaining dance performance challenges students of all ages to consider their impact on the environment. Set to an original score, students watch and interact with these exceptional dance artists and teachers as they explore how art, science, music, language, and community come together to help or hinder the health of our environment. CityDance2 leaves students inspired to make caring for our planet part of their daily life.
Jungle Books
CityDance's enchanting adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Books is a wild and wonderful ride of music, movement, mischief, and magic. This interactive performance follows the young boy Mowgli through his adventure in a jungle filled with wolves, a snake, a tiger, and his best friend bear. With lessons of perseverance and friendship combined with an important message about endangered species, Jungle Books is a delightful, entertaining,
and educational show for children of all ages.
