In addition to bringing the highest caliber dance to local stages through the OnStage series, CityDance believes it’s critical to help students build a bridge to the professional world. CityDance School & Conservatory students work with professional artists from around the world and learn a wide range of genres, all of which is rooted in a strong Vaganova ballet base. Teaching In Our Communities
CityDance reaches into the community, providing programming at over 25 sites across the DC-metro region, free performances to over 5,000 students each year; in-school and after-school programs to 500 students every week; and camps to over 400 students every summer.
